Great analysis will. There is also the Michelin star restaurant at the manor house. I think it helps having a hotel like this I mind. They must be offering something like a similar standard otherwise the occupancy would be even lower at the prices they are charging. Not sure what industry average is. It could be that it was really high a few years ago.

Just been looking at the Manor House and Golf Club, Cotswolds. There do seem to be many similarities, including the price ranging from £374 – £779 per room per night. However, thses are “Individually designed luxury bedrooms” with “exposed Oak beams, stylish furnishings, idyllic views, grand four poster beds, roll top, infinity or jacuzzi baths and state of the art facilities are all available in our sumptuous bedrooms”. Do we know how up-to-date and well designed the rooms are at BPL? Have they invested in accomodation? Can they justify this high price?
It is very interesting looking at the cas-studies in the career section of their website. Puts a different light on the Pople section of case-study in relation to the content.

Not had a proper look to see if they are wrong. There are some figures missing and these will be given in the exam. I would be surprised if they were wrong because they had to reprint the case study last year due to incorrect figures and to get them wrong again would be truly shocking
